Amy Rose, PsyD

Dr. Rose is a licensed psychologist in Arizona with specialized training in school psychology and clinical neuropsychology. She provides a range of psychological services aimed at fostering academic, social, and behavioral success, including pediatric neuropsychological assessments, academic advocacy, and educational consulting. Dr. Rose has extensive expertise in identifying neurodevelopmental disabilities and providing treatment recommendations tailored to the individual needs of each child. She has specialties in working with preschool children, children, adolescents and adults with ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, Learning Disorders, traumatic brain injury and other brain-based medical problems, and academic underachievement. With over 15 years of experience in the education system, Dr. Rose is an avid advocate for academic success for children of all ages. Dr. Rose graduated with her doctoral degree in School Psychology (PsyD) from the Arizona School of Professional Psychology at Argosy University and after completed a two-year residency in clinical neuropsychology at a local private practice in Phoenix, Arizona. She graduated with her bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education from Arizona State University. Throughout her many years of education and professional formation, Dr. Rose has gain unmatched experience in providing psychological, educational, and neuropsychological assessments for children and adults with a variety of presenting concerns at outpatient clinics and local children’s hospitals.

Dr. Rose is renowned for her expertise in assessing issues related to academic underachievement, social deficits, behavioral problems, and medical complications. She is considered an expert in identifying learning disorders including dyslexia (reading), dysgraphia(writing), and dyscalculia (mathematics). Due to her involvement in the local educational system including special education, Dr. Rose provides up-to-date resources to help your child get the academic support they need from their school so they can start experiencing greater academic success. Forensic Neuropsychology

Dr. Rose has experience providing neuropsychological assessments for individuals engaged in the legal system. She has worked with lawyers representing clients who have experienced neuropsychological deficits resulting from accidents. She provides lawyers with a robust report integrating background information, medical records reviews, neuropsychological testing results, and relevant research in helping clients obtain the services they require.
